ABOUT ME

Namaste, my name is Frances.
Yoga is a tool of wonder to experience, a real anchor in how to move through life and a special light when darkness is prevalent. Nature brings us and takes us away - it is how we move through life, that is the journey. We are made up individually, with balance and care we find love inside ourselves. 

I have been sharing Yoga since 2018, when first qualified, I have been practicing for around 9 years. It is my intention that all practices I share can help towards better wellbeing, stilling & inner peace. I implement the practices I share in my own life and feel grateful to experience and share them with you.


Training:

Kavailyadhama

Traditional Indian Yoga Training in Ayurvedic & Yoga Therapy specialists. The Yoga school has a well renowned background and a superb research center whereby Yoga tradition meets science. In 2020 I spent 6/7 months in this wonderful place. All experiences there have shaped me into the person I am today and impacted the classes that I will share with you greatly, especially the morning Hatha Asana classes.

Qualifications:

  • 4/9 Month completed Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Education (800 Hours currently completed) to return after Covid to complete last 5 months

  • Patanjali Yoga Sutras Chanting 120 Hours A+ Grade

  • Sound Healing (onsite) 60 Hours

  • Yoga Sutras Of Patanjali (onsite) 60 Hours

  • Pranayama Series 1,2,3 (9 Days online)

Meditation

  • Kriaya Yoga (2/3 Days online)

Yoga for Chronic Diseases (2 Days online)

Yoga Therapy Introduction (2 Days online)

Bhagavad Gita Chanting (5 months)

Consciousness Studies & Self Awareness: Modern Science and Ancient Indian Science (4 months)

Heart of Living Yoga:

Heart Centered Practice, 6 month Heart Meditation Facilitator Practitioner.

How to cultivate a nurturing environment and find love and peace at the center of yourSelf. Sat Chid Ananda Bliss

Teachings are shown in Heart Meditation Relaxation Classes, selfless and beautiful teachers shine through this training.

Sarah Lo Yin Yoga:

Under Sarah’s supportive, caring guidance and extensive knowledge of Anatomy I completed Yin Yoga Level 1 (40Hours). Relaxing, Mindful sessions influenced the Friday Yin Relaxation Class I share.

Tribe/ Ministry of Yoga:

200Hour Internsive Training Mixed Astanga, Hatha, Vinyasa

Wonderful and detailed dynamic teachers, helped in the safety and focus of Asana alignment and carefully constructed class plans to protect your wellbeing through class. I worked in MOY for 1 year+ and found a sense of great community and sangha where my creativity could flourish. Beautiful studio and Beautiful Teachers.


 Karma Yoga:

Everyone deserves to experience Yoga, Karma Yoga is giving sharing goodness and bringing light where and when you can, lots of great teachers have taught me that. I hope to follow in their footsteps, this is why I am offering classes based on donations that you can afford. I am hopeful you can find me approachable and if you are financially struggling discuss with me what is accessible to you. I will also be following up with future charitable donations over the years to come, at the moment 2021’s focus is on Brain Tumour Research, Sepsis Support & Heart of Living Foundation charities.
