I offer regular Yoga Classes and varied workshops throughout the year.

Yoga connects you to your true Self, the reality of what is unlimited potential.

With kindness and compassion we work holistically for your individual well-being and well-intent. I’ll guide you through Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditative practices of Dharana (concentration meditation). Let’s share the light Yoga practice brings to ourselves and others in daily life.

  • Mon-Fri 12:00-12:15 Midday Heart Relaxation Meditation

  • Thursday 7-8pm Restore & Relaxation
