Please know if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking your appointment will be charged at 50% of your appointment fee, although please do call me if there is an emergency. (Waved if due to Covid)

These policy's are to ensure the smooth running of the business and to help ensure that all clients looking to book in have a fair chance of getting their appointment slot. There may be a waiting list therefore I am very grateful if you could let me know if you need to cancel an appointment at the earliest convenience. 

Yoga Classes:

**Classes are made by donation, I want Yoga to be available to all people regardless of financial situation as we are going through some challenging times. I believe in the benefits of Yoga for mental & physical health & wellbeing. Hence if you can afford suggested donations please do, otherwise please pay what you can afford, let’s practice Yoga for the benefit of all. (If you are struggling financially and unwaged please email me, these classes are a gift to you).

Suggested Donations:

• Unlimited £30 (Access all weekly Yoga Classes *does not include workshops/courses)

• 5 Class Pass £20 * for hour long classes

• 2 Class Pass £10 * for hour long classes

• Single Class £7 *for hour long classes

• Midday Heart Relaxation Fifteen mins £10 (Suggestion Weekly Donation if attending every day)

All class payments are greatly received by bank transfer, please confirm your class booking by emailing Frances at francescunninghamholistics@gmail.com and payment details bank details along with class login will be sent out to you.

If you have found me via Brain Tumour Support Group when transferring funds please make donation reference as ‘BTR’ and every Thursday Evening Relaxation Class donation you give will go directly towards Brain Tumour Research. Each month you will be emailed the total of funds raised and what a great impact we will make, in 2020 our 1000 mile walking challenge raised over £2300 for Brainstorm.
